Wi-Fi, Access Points & Network Printers
Wi-Fi that works in every room and printers that everyone can actually use.
What this service covers
Dead zones, dropping connections and printers that vanish from the network are the most visible IT problems for staff. Most come from poor access-point placement, channel clashes or printers on changing IP addresses.
We survey, place and configure access points properly, and set up network printers with fixed addresses and sensible sharing so they stay found.
What's included
- Wi-Fi site survey and access-point placement planning
- Access-point installation, configuration and PoE planning
- Separate staff and guest SSIDs with sensible security
- Roaming, channel and power tuning, coverage optimisation
- Network printer setup: static IP or DHCP reservation, drivers and LAN sharing
- Scan-to-folder and scan-to-email setup
- Troubleshooting of connectivity and printing issues
Exact scope, product models, licensing, timelines and warranty are confirmed during requirement assessment. Third-party subscriptions and spare parts are quoted separately where applicable.

Questions about Wi-Fi, Access Points & Network Printers
Why is Wi-Fi slow in some rooms?
Usually distance and walls, overlapping channels or too few access points. A survey identifies the cause so you fix it once instead of guessing.
Do we need separate guest Wi-Fi?
Yes, we recommend it. Guests should reach the internet only, never your internal servers, printers or cameras.
Why does our printer stop working after a restart?
It likely gets a different IP address each time. Assigning a fixed address or DHCP reservation, and sharing the queue properly, normally resolves it.
